“Business Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur, and performance to improve. To be successful, a Coach requires a knowledge and understanding of process as well as people”.
The role of a Business Coach is to communicate effectively with business owners through guidance, support, accountability and encouragement. Business coaching helps owners of small and medium sized businesses with their sales, marketing, management and team building in order to help them recognise ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business.
As a business coach, we work to improve leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, sales, communication, goal setting, strategic planning and more. This can be provided in a number of ways, including one-on-one, group coaching sessions or seminars. Business coaches are often called in when a business is perceived to be performing badly, however many businesses recognise the benefits of business coaching when the organisation is successful.
We listen more than we talk, to gain a better understanding of the organisation and its culture.
Coaching is not a platform for expressing the coaches personal views it’s a process by which we challenge personal and professional growth in order for the business to achieve its goals and improve profitability.
